One of the ‘London Derbies’ is on schedule this Saturday. It might not be the one with the greatest tradition, but in the last couple of years the duels between Tottenham and Chelsea have been packed with excitements. And considering that right now only a single point separates the two in the Premier League, we’re guaranteed to have a real spectacle at the Wembley. So, who’s gonna win? Maybe the answer lies in Tottenham vs Chelsea match prediction and betting tips!
Tottenham
The truth is that not many people believed Tottenham are gonna be in the race for the Premier League title after not spending a single cent on transfers over the summer. But, they seem to be doing more than fine right now. In fact, they’re in a tremendous run of four wins in a row, counting all competitions.
And when it comes to the Premier League, they’re currently on the fourth spot, with only one point less than Chelsea, their next opponent. What this means is that with a win on Saturday, they can get to the third place.
They can get even higher in the upcoming weeks, as the table leader, Man City, has only five points more. Obviously, a good incentive for their players to give their utmost. The problem is that even though they will have the motivation, they might not have enough energy to give out their maximum.
The thing is that Tottenham’s bench isn’t too long and that they already have several injured players. What this means is that their key man have to play more than usual. And that makes some of them feel tired.
One of the guys who have been playing all the time is Harry Kane. He’s played every single minute in the 12 games of the new Premier League season. I think he would probably do well with some rest, after which he would come back stronger and more focused. In fact, I think that playing too much has affected his form and that’s the reason why he’s scored only 6 goals so far, which is very low for his standards.
Still, I doubt the manager will let him rest this weekend. The game against Chelsea is one of their most important matches this month, therefore, the Spurs will probably play with their most powerful team.
Chelsea
Since Sarri got in charge of Chelsea, this team has been playing fantastic. The good form has brought them to the third place in the Premier League and their eyes are now set on the title. Sure, there’s still plenty of time left before the end of the season, but the Blues seem like they could be the dark horse.
This team has been playing well in all aspects of the game. And that’s why they’re still undefeated in the league, with the goal difference of 27:8. Only Man City have a better goal difference than Chelsea at the moment.
Although this team seems strong in every single position, the man who’s been leading the way has been Eden Hazard. Considered by many to be the very best Premier League player, the Belgian superstar has already scored 7 points in the league, more than any other Chelsea player. And he’s the one who Tottenham need to watch out for the most on Saturday.

Tottenham vs Chelsea Match Prediction
In the last five years, Chelsea managed to beat the Spurs on their turf only once. But, it think the second win will happen this Saturday. The reason is simple – Tottenham players are struggling with fitness, particularly in the back line. They might keep their net safe for the first 45’ but when the ref blows the final whistle, I think the Blues will be the happier side.
