England – Capital One Cup: Manchester City vs. West Ham Betting Preview

In the semi-finals of Capital One Cup, Manchester City will host West Ham at Etihad.

Both teams have problems with injuries and both coaches will rotate their squads for this match.  Stevan Jovetic, Sergio Agüero, Micah Richards, John Guidetti, Jack Rodwell and Martín Demichelis are all out due to injuries, while youngster Dedryck Boyata is suspended. But, despite all those missings Manchester City has a pretty decent team.

On the other side, West Ham is in the relegation zone in Premier League and for them is more important to stay in Premier League than to win Capital One Cup. It doesn’t mean they will go on the pitch with white flag, but they don’t have too much chances to go through the final of this competition. Three days ago they have played against Notingham in FA Cup and the Notingham smashed them 5-0.

West Ham also have problems with injured and suspended players. Few first team players Stewart Downing, Winston Reid, Andy Carroll, Ricardo Vaz Te, James Tomkins and Mark Noble are all injured, while Kevin Nolan is suspended.

Manchester City is a big favorite to win this match and every results except their win would be a big surprise.

If we see an early goal, this could be another catastrophe for team the from London.

Manchester City vs. West Ham Betting Tip: over 3.5 goals @ 1.85
