Uruguay had finished on the 5th position in South American qualifications for World Cup 2014 and will face in the playoff for World Cup 2014. with Jordan.
Difference between those two teams is huge. Jordan have never qualified for the World Cup finals and I believe the things won’t change after playoff matches against Uruguay.
