Both teams have lost their chances to qualify for World Cup 2014, but despite that fact they will try to improve their results and rank better on the Fifa ranking table.
Israel is standing on the 3rd position in group F. Their attack were amazing in 
this qualifications scoring 18 goals (average 2 goals per match). Only Russia scored more, 19 goals. In the last match they took one point from Portugal (1-1) and decrease their chances to qualify directly on World Cup.
Northern Ireland and Luxembourg are the worst teams in this group with 6 points. On the 9 matches Northern Ireland had only one win against 
Luxembourg and they took it five days ago in the last minutes od the match.
In the first match in group Israel beat Norther Ireland 0-2.
Both teams have problems with injured and suspended players.
Israel misses out Spungin, Gershon, Benayoun, Kayal and Hemed, while Northern Ireland’s list of unavailable players is longer, out are McGivern, McCann, Lafferty, Hughes, Magennis, Norwood, Evans and McAuley.
Even this match is not important for qualifications for World Cup because both teams failed to qualify, they will try to play good in the last match.
Israel is much better team and I expect their win.
