After 2 rounds of Champions league in group A, Man Utd is standing on the 1st position with 4 points, while Real Sociedad is still pointless.
Man Utd is not on the level as everyone expect to be. After Sir Alex Ferguson left the club and David Moyes became manager, the club is going down. In Premier League, they are standing on the 8th position after 8 rounds and that’s not good for the club who have to fight for the title.
In Champions league they play pretty solid, one win and one draw, but they have to play much better if they are willing to win some trophy this season.
Nemanja Vidic and Darren Fletcher are injured, while Rio Ferdinand, Danny Welbeck and Tom Cleverley are all doubtful. Instead of Vidic and Ferdinand on their positions will play Evans and Jones, and that could be a problem for Moyes.
Real Sociedad didn’t start well in Champions league and in the first two rounds they lost twice, 0-2 lost at home against Shakthar and unlucky 2-1 defeat in Leverkusen (Real Socidead had 1-1, they missed the penalty and conceded 2nd goal in 92 minute).
Real Sociedad also have some problems with injured players, out are Granero, Ifran and Estrada. But, despite that fact Sociedad want to improve their performance.
Man Utd’s defence is pretty shaky and I expect Sociedad to score.
On the other side, Man Utd’s attack is better than defence, two very good strikers Van Persie and Rooney can score against every team.
David Moyes is under pressure and he want victory tonight. Maybe they will win tonight, but the first betting option is “Both teams to score”.
